Whether you're taking your first steps into competitive swimming or looking to continue your swimming journey as an adult, Tallaght Sports Complex is home to two thriving swim clubs that cater to swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Our clubs provide expert coaching, a supportive team environment and opportunities to develop your technique, improve your fitness and compete at every level - from local galas to national and international competitions.
Tallaght Swim Team and Tallaght Masters Swim Club welcome new members from Tallaght and across Leinster who are passionate about swimming, personal development and being part of a vibrant swimming community.
Tallaght Swim Team
Tallaght Swim Team (TST) is a competitive swimming club that trains out of Tallaght Sports Complex. With over 30 years of experience our Head Coach Paraic Kenny has brought swimmers from beginner to performance level and the team of coaches within Tallaght Swim Team are committed to advancing the talent within the swim team.
Our Membership includes swimmers of all levels. TST has members from all over Leinster, including Blessington, Naas, and Newbridge. The club welcomes new members of all ages to join, develop and improve their swimming skills and, when they are ready, compete in competitions starting at club level.
The squads range from the Transition /Learning Class, which is for swimmers moving up from Lessons, to our A squad who compete at National and International Levels.
Tallaght Swim Team are proud of our team ambassadors, high-performance Irish swimmers Brendan Hyland and Niamh Coyne, who on regular occasions down through the years make an appearance at club events to speak to our junior swimmers on what it is like to live the dream.
Tallaght Masters Swim Club
Tallaght Swim Master Club is a small competitive swimming club based in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Our Membership includes swimmers of various abilities, from those just moving up from swimming classes to those competing at Club, Provincial, national, and international levels.
Tallaght Swimming Masters Club has members from all over Leinster, including Blessington, Kildare, and Newbridge. The club welcomes new members to develop and improve their swimming skills and compete in competitions.
The aim of our club is to promote social and competitive master’s swimming. If you are a competent swimmer and wish to start back after a long absence or train for a gala, triathlon or other competitive event, then you’ll enjoy our club.
We promote swimming and swim training in all its aspects amongst adult swimmers and facilitate self-improvement and competitive aspirations.
We are affiliated with Swim Ireland and welcome all Swim Ireland registered members to join in any of our swim sessions. Perfect for those of you who wish to try it out.
